Who we are
My name is Shannon, I’m a state certified residential contractor and owner of Waterfront Remodeling—a licensed, insured, and proudly woman-owned business. After years of hands-on experience across every level of construction, and a college degree in business management, I launched my own company to bring passion, quality, and integrity to Florida construction. I saw the problems but did not have the autonomy to change them, until now. Specializing in custom decks, additions, and full remodels, we create spaces that feel like home. We redefine excellence in construction. We pay our team higher that industry standard because we vet them with care and precision and you WILL be able to tell the difference. Our goal is to educate homeowners on their rights in Florida and combine business knowledge, construction skill, and empathy to a field where the good ol’ boys just don’t cut it anymore.
